Taught by Sharon Pope and Lydia Swift, Co-founders of Shelpful and certified habit coaches through Dr. BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits Method.

Have some habits you’re hoping to build but not confident you can keep them? Worried you might start off ok but get derailed or discouraged part way in? This course is for you. Learn how to pivot around life’s blips (pesky roadblocks that get in your way) and feel good about actually keeping habits that are important to you. Whether you want to get more movement in, get into a good night time or morning routine, be more productive, tackle household chores or more… this course has you covered.

Based on Dr BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits Method, this course will teach you how to feel accomplished by doing the bare minimum, to let go of streak counting and to strategize around the inevitable curveballs that life throws your way so you can build long lasting habits for life.

Hear from Sharon and Lydia as they reenact the process of refining a habit recipe (they are going to coach eachother to help you find ways to improve your habit plans). The goal is to ensure your habit fits into your unique lifestyle/environment and how to set yourself up for success even when life gets hard.

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • How to form long lasting habits you can build on
  • How to create habits that fit your unique life/environment
  • Roleplaying to get the benefit of live-coaching
  • How to change the way you measure success
  • Myths about habit streaks
  • How to problem solve when life gets in the way

What People Are Saying:

This is the craziest combo of stuff that feels common-sense but is mind blowing at the same time. I love that Sharon & Lydia include the recognition that the world can get in our way, but we can still feel successful. Also, since they’ve been friends for decades… they were just fun teachers who clearly had a good time teaching us

Christine C., San Francisco

Woke up this morning and thought of my first tiny habit. Really wanted to skip! But no, I picked up my book when I stepped off the magic carpet (the name for my anchor moment) and got my habit done! Thank you. Really enjoyed the workshop and found it practical and very actionable

Jon M., Charlottesville

I'm definitely a habit and psychology nerd, and I still learned a lot during the workshop.
